The hiring process at Twitter is multifaceted and arduous. Twitter seeks the best talent and its unique hiring process is designed to differentiate between good and exceptional applicants. The process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months and includes several phone screenings, possible assessment tests, and multiple rounds of interviews.
