This question is about logistics specialist resumes.
You should put your work experiences as well as any quantifiable results of your work on your resume for a logistics job. Employers need to know your skillset, but they are also interested in how those skills affected the companies or businesses for which you previously worked.
Experience in areas such as inventory management, distribution operations, and leadership are especially sought after by employers. You should be detailed in your description of each of these three areas.
If you were responsible for a company's inventory management, state specifically what that entailed -- for example, maximized warehouse capacity through reorganization or reduced man-hours by implementing new inventory software.
In addition to identifying what you did in your previous work experiences, these detailed experiences should also be listed as tangible accomplishments. Always state the size and scope of your work experience.
How big was the warehouse that you managed? What was the number of employees that you oversaw? If your work led to increased production or reduced man-hours, that too should be stated.
