When does Airbnb pay you?

Typically, Airbnb releases the payment to the hosts 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time for the guest. If the host has more than one property, with more than one guest checking in at these properties at the same time, these payments are distributed together at the same time.

Hosts receive monthly payouts for guests staying at least 28 days for that reservation. For these longer stays, the first month is nonrefundable, so hosts are still paid monthly for that first month's payout if a guest cancels a three-month stay.
