Must be a transformative problem solver who is also a doer, with a passion for innovation and excellence. Must be a student of the partner's business, including analysis of public financial information, market share, and customer trends.
Approximately 8 plus years of experience in enterprise sales and/or channel partnerships, getting results. Must have a strong executive presence with the ability to influence partner strategy through data-driven insights. Excellent executive interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide concrete examples illustrating their experience and proficiency in multiple responsibilities outlined in the job description. The role of Program Manager - Drug Abatement Administration, plays a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted execution of Drug Abatement functions. As part of the Drug Abatement Regulatory & Compliance team, it emphasizes maintaining administrative precision and operational efficiency to uphold regulatory compliance across all testing programs.
* Regulatory Administration: responsible for the day-to-day operations and monitoring of the 24/7 drug abatement program. Monitor and maintain compliance with all FAA Part 120 and DOT Part 40 regulations. Maintain detailed records of testing activities, results, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with regulatory agencies during audits and inspections. Track and ensure timely completion of reall administrative protocols. * Company Policy Administration: initiate reasonable suspicion, post-mishap, and pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies. Coordinate testing across stakeholders to minimize operational disruption. Review and update administrative manuals to reflect current policy and best practices. Distribute policy revisions to all relevant stakeholders and ensure acknowledgment of receipts. Serve as subject matter expert for policy interpretation and implementation of questions.
* Drug Abatement Liaison: serve as a primary point of contact between the company and third-party testing vendors, Medical Review Officers (MROs), and Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs). Facilitate communication to management regarding testing matters. Process and approve vendor invoices for testing services, ensuring accuracy. Maintain adequate inventory levels of testing supplies in stations.
* Operational Support: maintain proficiency in both urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing procedures to enable operational collection support. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 testing coverage for post-mishap and reasonable suspicion situations.

We do not require special schooling or a college degree for this job and you will be fully trained by United.
Your United journey begins with the best Flight Attendant training in the industry! You will spend 6.5 weeks attending Initial Training in Houston, TX. Here you will learn United's safety and service standards. During training, you will be assigned your base in one of our seven hubs in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Franciso, Washington Dulles, or one of our other flight attendant base locations (relocation funds not provided). Following the successful completion of training and after attending base orientation in your assigned location, you will be officially welcome as a full-time United employee. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and maintaining FFP loyalty relationships with United's expanding network of Star Alliance partners and other strategic airline partners, with the goal of growing flight revenue, FFP membership, and partner revenue. **Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or professional Degree
· 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in React, TypeScript, C#, and Node.js
· 2+ years of full cycle implementation experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Should be able to collaborate with various teams
· Proficient in web development using React, Redux, Redux sagas, ES6, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3
· Experience of various payment gateways and methods (Credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Alipay, Pix, Flexpay and UnionPay)
· Experience with industry standards and regulations for compliance (e.g., PCI DSS)
· Strong experience implementing AWS/cloud technologies
· Hands-on development and proficient excellence in backend API development using C# .Net in cloud
· Strong experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
· Strong experience building web applications with Micro frontend architecture
· Strong experience in design patterns and enterprise standards in application design
· Expertise in accessibility standards and implementation
· Experience with unit testing
Preferred:
· Master's Degree
· AWS or other Cloud Certifications
· Experience in monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics and Dynatrace.
The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $149,600.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Job overview and responsibilities
The Principal Enterprise Architect will play a key role in influencing United Airline's IT digital strategy as well as providing tactical architecture direction to ensure the enterprise can achieve the strategy. This individual will provide strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical and cloud experience especially related to IT disciplines. This role serves as a thought leader to challenge/direct all levels across the organization to rethink routine, embrace new best practices, and drive adoption of technology standards. The individual will also apply enterprise architecture governance over solutions that provide technical capabilities.
* Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, and leaders to develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, opinion papers, and architecture decision frameworks that guide the design of technology solutions, especially those requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise
* Develop and manage a technical strategy and coordinates adoption
* This role will be responsible to architect enterprise guidance that conveys best practices and common pitfalls for system design, infrastructure integrations, application development practices, and application runtime principles
* Manage the architecture review process by creating validation checklists, reviewing architectural artifacts, and providing domain specific guidance to drive architectural alignment across the enterprise
* Leads cultural change for United cloud adoption
* This role will actively promote cloud services where appropriate within the organization to ensure that the organization properly architects business solutions for cloud
* The role must push the organization through thought leadership to incorporate cloud computing accurately and effectively
* Apply architectural and engineering concepts to design solutions that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability
* Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts on emerging technologies and implementation toolkits in support of anticipated development efforts and recommend technologies that functionally robust and cost effective
* Research, enforce, and drive the adoption of design patterns throughout the enterprise and evangelizes best practices for solution design and development
* Identify new technologies, industry trends, and best practices, which should be incorporated into BFS policies & roadmap
* Plays a critical role in translating business strategy into technical strategy and defines end-to-end technology architectures that support the strategy
* Lead all aspects of the evaluation and selection of 3rd party software packages (including SaaS) as well as the design of standard application configuration of these packages
* Develop and maintain relevant Enterprise Architecture artifacts and store within the EA repository, including - current state architecture, standards, reference architectures, capability maps
Qualifications

* Work with Domain Architects and Solution Architects in preparation for Architecture Review Board (ARB), Architecture Portfolio Management,
* Architecture Assessment
* Provide guidance, oversight, and coaching to the Domain and Solution architects
* Review and sign off architecture designs
* Drive improvements of architecture processes, methodologies, and services, ensuring the quality of architecture assets
* Develop architecture metrics and plans to achieve results
* Technical writing skills for documenting environments and procedures
* Deep hands-on experience in leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale
* Deep hands-on experience of technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization
* Deep experience with Cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges
* Prior experience of managing challenges of migrating systems and workloads to the Cloud

The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
