As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. Under his leadership, ADI has expanded the breadth of its product portfolio and added new technologies and capabilities to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers’ toughest technical challenges. Mr. Roche is only the third CEO to lead the company since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility in product line management, strategic marketing, and business unit management roles during his early tenure. Mr. Roche held senior positions for ADI in Ireland, Massachusetts, and California, and in 2001 was given responsibility for global sales and marketing as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In 2009, Mr. Roche was named Vice President for the newly created Worldwide Sales and Strategic Market Segments Group, where he focused on integrating ADI technology into optimized solutions for industrial, automotive, and infrastructure customers. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, taking responsibility for all R&D, sales, marketing and business development and in May 2013, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland.

Ron Nersesian is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Keysight Technologies. In November 2011, he was named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Agilent Technologies. The following year, in November 2012, he was promoted to president and chief operating officer. When Agilent announced the separation of its electronic measurement business in 2013, Nersesian was appointed Keysight president and CEO and led the launch of the new company. Keysight became a public, independent company in November 2014. Nersesian was appointed chairman of Keysight in 2019. Nersesian began his career in 1982 with Computer Sciences Corporation as a systems engineer for satellite communications systems. In 1984, he joined Hewlett-Packard and served in a range of management roles during his tenure. In 1996, Nersesian joined another industry player as vice president of worldwide marketing. He subsequently assumed other senior management roles through 2002, including senior vice president and general manager of the company's digital storage oscilloscope business. Nersesian joined Agilent Technologies in 2002 as vice president and general manager of the company's Design Validation Division. In 2005, he was named vice president and general manager of the company's Wireless Business Unit and manager of Agilent's Santa Rosa, California site. In 2009 Nersesian was named president of Agilent's Electronic Measurement Group. Nersesian holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. He also serves as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Trimble Inc. and as a member of Georgia Tech's Advisory Board.

Victor Gavron is a Chief Scientist / CEO at Los Alamos National Laboratory and is based in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He has worked as Senior Adviser at Department of State; Staff Member at Oak Ridge National Laboratory; and Group Leader, Safeguards Science and Technology at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Victor attended Weizmann Institute of Science between 1969 and 1972.

Paul Woods is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Algenol Biofuels. Algenol's Direct to Ethanol® Technology targets producing ethanol using proprietary algae, sunlight, non-arable land and carbon dioxide with operating costs of $1.20 per gallon, and production rates of 9,000 gallons of ethanol per acre per year. Waste algae is then processed by hydrothermal liquefaction and HT in gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel for an additional 1,300 gallons. Paul invented the Direct to Ethanol® Technology in 1984 while attending the University of Western Ontario near Toronto, Canada. Woods and Algenol currently hold 27 patents and have 51 patents pending. Algenol currently employs 120 employees in Lee County, Florida and 40 employees in Germany.
