Summary of Functions:
The Supervisor, Organ Surgical Services, is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day organ recovery operations including staffing logistics, case logistics, and the recovery of organs. Under the guidance from the Manager of Organ Surgical Services (MORS), the Organ Recovery Services Supervisor (SORS) will be responsible for the Surgical Recovery Coordinators, Organ OR coordination, organ mechanical perfusion and research organ recovery, allocation of research organ and organ pathology. This position requires an advanced level of expertise and overall understanding of the surgical organ recoveries and transplantation process. Responsibilities include the following below.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
1. Supports the organizations Mission, Vision, Initiatives and Core Values
2. Oversees the day-to-day organ recovery operations including but not limited to staffing activities and Organ recovery activities.
3. Provides direct supervision of the staff performing recoveries in-field or at a Onelegacy recovery facility.

Responsibilities
Supervises the coordination of service delivery for individuals as designated; including but not limited to intake process, assessments, service assignment, and effective service delivery; facilitates or conducts associated meetings. Oversees and coordinates data collection, organization, and storage of documentation related to individuals who use the services; including handling of electronic health records where required.

Provides input to the development and improvement of policies and procedures.
Evaluates training needs and conducts thorough observations of all associates within the service; based on identified needs, provides feedback in a manner that is effective, constructive, and conducive to the associates growth and success. Ensures the proper completion of all required personnel documentation.
Maintains positive working relationships with associates, with individuals who use the services, their support team, referral agencies, community contacts, and others who are important to them and their success.

EDUCATION:

The RSS will take the lead on special projects/assignments, provide new staff training, and performs administrative accountability as directed by DRSP. The RSS is assigned to more than one facility and will travel to all other TRM/TPM facilities, as needed. Essential Job Duties
•Establishes a positive, productive and professional relationship with assigned communities and colleagues.

Your Working Environment & Team.
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. It does require working one Saturday per month for which a weekday is flexed off. You would be joining a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, dentists, specialists (optometrist, podiatrist), licensed clinical social workers, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, LVNs, and promotoras. About the position:
The position requires a general, broad-scope, ambulatory practice, Pediatrician, that will care for children of all ages (Birth to 18) and perform office-based procedures. The provider will partner with our CMO and Medical Services Manager to develop and achieve a robust pediatric practice across our growing organization that has an established reputation for delivering high quality, culturally sensitive patient care. Our ideal candidate will be interested and excited to work collaboratively with Family physicians, OB/GYN physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists and clinical social workers. Position expectations:
* Provide direct preventive and acute patient care, within approved scope of practice, to children from birth through adolescence, from all backgrounds and with diverse medical conditions.
* Ensure timely and complete documentation of patient care, review and act upon reports, results and electronic tasks. Complete required CHDP screenings and coding/documentation of the screenings. Submit correct billing codes for each patient encounter.
* Lead the development, maintenance and implementation of standardized pediatric procedures, scope of care, pediatric clinical policies and new pediatric clinical initiatives and services ensuring a high-quality, safe patient care.
* Supervise, develop and hold accountable pediatric providers.
* Utilizes community resources to optimize patient care and referral.
* Build and maintain a robust pediatric practice that is both productive and a quality leader.
* Complies with regulatory agencies and third-party payor sources (for example: Child Health Disability Program (CHDP), Medi-Cal/Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), NCQA-PCMH, and DHCS).
* Using a team-based model of care, collaborates with and support other providers and caregivers in the wide network to effectively improve the overall health of our communities.

The Day Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned center. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
