Primary Responsibilities
Candidates holding tenure at their current institutions are invited to apply. ABDs with evidence of imminent completion of their degree will also be considered. Applicants should demonstrate potential for impactful scholarship as well as excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. The ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and community-engaged scholarship is also highly desirable. In addition, the candidate is expected to contribute to service activities at the department, school, and university levels, and to engage in outreach with the broader business community. We seek individuals with a commitment and sensitivity to fostering a working and learning environment which is supportive of individuals with a team of faculty and staff that contributes to the collegiality of the department and college.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates will hold a Ph.D. or DBA in Management from an AACSB-accredited program and conduct research that focuses on the business implications of how AI technologies impact the core areas of management such as organizational behavior, strategic leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, or human resource managements. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate effective integration of AI applications in teaching-for example, using AI for experiential learning, analytics projects, simulations, or decision-making exercises within Management courses.
