Summary:
The Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean, and they address all guest inquiries politely and knowledgeably.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare rooms for cleaning
Make beds
Dust rooms and furniture
Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
Clean the bathroom
Clean the closet
Vacuum and rack the carpet
Check and secure the rooms
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g. iron and ironing boards)
Ensure public areas, such as hallways, are cleaned and orderly
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods time
Ability to work independently and with a team
Manage guest calls, requests, & complaints in the area assigned to them
Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time
Requirements
Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Assist with event set-up, including arranging buffets, tables, linens, and service stations.
Serve food and beverages in a courteous and professional manner.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage levels during events, replenishing as needed.
Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring a premium hospitality experience.
Break down and clean catering areas after events, including returning equipment and supplies.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Assist with transporting food, beverages, and supplies to various event spaces.
Work collaboratively with catering supervisors, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the catering and hospitality operation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in catering, banquets, or food service preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing event needs.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with the athletic and event schedule.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintain the dining space, ensures food is available, accepts payment, and provides any other guest services. They help with seating, delivering food and drinks to guests, managing the buffet, and cleaning tables in between guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Wipe up spills and maintain cleanliness of all appliances and counter space in the buffet area and work space throughout the breakfast shift, practice clean-as-you-go procedures
Clear and clean tables as they are vacated

Job purpose
Under the direction of the Slot Floor Supervisor, the incumbent assists in ensuring the operational success of the Slot Department and outstanding guest service is provided to all casino patrons.
Duties and responsibilities
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Rules and Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company and departmental policies and procedures.
Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of this ICS.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
Provide superior guest service to casino patrons on the gaming floor.
Responsible for cash banks issued and tickets.
Verify, redeem, and validate tickets.
Assist in the verification and payment of W2G jackpots.
Make change for players.
Provide instructions for slot play to guests.

Ability to physically navigate the casino floor on an ongoing basis, and perform all functions related to slot machine attendance, guest service including jackpot payouts, service requests, and minor machine repairs.
Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment.
Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals.
Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours.
