GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of Child Watch leadership, the Child Watch Staff are responsible for providing safe and nurturing childcare for all children entering the YMCA Child Watch in harmony with the mission statement and policies of the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County.
