The Spirit of the Position:
The Traffic Control Officer supports the Eagle County Regional Airport by directing traffic at the main terminal to help reduce traffic congestion and direct pedestrians to certain areas.
Principal Job Duties:
Greets and assists the traveling public with a professional and cordial demeanor.
Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the main terminal of the Eagle County Regional Airport to ensure the curbside is free of unattended vehicles.
Acts as a liaison between the airport, the traveling public, tenants, vendors, and ground transportation companies to ensure local rules and regulations comply.
Assists the public with general inquiries, including parking and ground transportation options.
Work independently and with team members, reporting to a field supervisor.
Resolve customer complaints following policies and procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem-solving manner.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job functions.
Ensures the terminal, curbside, and parking areas are aesthetically presentable by monitoring parking lots, setting up and removing signs as necessary, sweeping, and removing trash and debris.

c. Ability to understand and follow without exception the Feeding List, Medication List and Allergy List to ensure that all health standards are met consistently

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent experience and a valid Utah Driver License is required.
Dependability and punctuality are also required and a background check will be conducted
Must be available for extended hours and on-call as necessary for ranch and guest emergencies, guest events and inclement weather events
High degree of initiative and independent judgment including the ability to prioritize multiple demands and guest inquiries
Organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on organization and cleanliness
Basic PC skills

The Guest Experience Attendant's primary responsibility is ensuring the Guest's Pleasurable Dining Experience. Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required. Proof of food handler certification may be required for individuals in those applicable States.
Position requires standing and walking 3-4+ hours without a rest break. Regular, moderate-to-heavy (5-50 lbs.) lifting and carrying; bending and reaching is required. Work environment requires the use of tools such as mops, brooms, mop buckets and carts and a forceful grip is required for the use of these tools. Work setting is within the restaurant. Pushing and pulling is required for cleaning responsibilities, as needed. Compliance with position uniform standards and adherence to all company policies and house rules are required.
