ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to be of service to our guests.
* Sincerely greets and welcomes all guests on the slot floor.
* Celebrates any win by the guests.
* Completes paper fills and jackpots promptly, accurately and with a high degree of personalized service.
* Completes verification paperwork for jackpot payouts.
* Maintains a good relationship with the cage team members to help execute slot transactions.
* Offers assistance to slot playing guest's and explains features of the slot machine when necessary including the ticket in/ticket out technology.
* Determines machine malfunctions and identifies appropriate actions.
* Corrects machine malfunctions (e.g. coin jams, printer errors, bill validators, etc.)
* Performs cash handling transactions such as paying jackpots and making change.
* Must keep and maintain the integrity of, and balance cash wallets at the end of shift.
* Always promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Prepares the casino for drop by placing empty cash boxes at each designated location.
Removes cash boxes from designated machines, transports funds and tickets to the Drop room according to established policies and procedures.
Operates, troubleshoots and maintains currency sorting machines.
Drops and straps currency, coins and tickets; prepares all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Verifies funds balance to totals and gives funds over to cage cashier.
Assists patrons with general information upon request.
Performs drop and Drop procedures in accordance with Gaming and Company Regulations and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures, in all areas, at all times.
Safeguards company assets by keeping track of keys and security access cards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
One (1) year cashiering experience preferred.
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. No felony or stealing convictions.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of basic math and operate a ten key adding machine.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain Gaming License.
