**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis/briefings and in closing out investigative efforts and presenting findings for review and action
+ Strong SQL experience, and technical experience relevant to querying and analyzing data for investigative or operational purposes
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in collecting and analyzing potentially highly-technical information and accurately representing/visualizing it to non-technical third parties
+ Familiarity with the ELK stack for analysis of large data sets
+ Ability to write custom scripts to load/clean data and familiarity with business intelligence tools or other technologies to create data visualizations
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Strong writing skills, to include formal written reports and less-formal email correspondence
+ Exceptional judgement in support of questions generated from Sponsor data holdings
+ Experience searching, reading, and comprehending information using the Sponsor's key analytic/targeting tools
+ Experience coding in Python, R, Java, or similar languages
+ Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, etc.

**About Us:** We are seeking a skilled Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead our Integrated Defense Solutions (IDS) business area in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving SHE performance and Business Continuity Management across our diverse set of sites.
**Job Summary:**
The SHE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Safety, Health, and Environmental performance, as well as Business Continuity Management, across the IDS business area. This role will lead a team of two direct reports, including one Supervisor and one Individual Contributor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and environmental compliance, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
This is a hybrid position and can sit at a BAE Facility in California/Lexington Park, MD; Rockville, MD; Chesapeake, VA; Wallops Island, VA; Spring Lake, NC.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures across the IDS business area
+ Mentor your team to high performance in all areas, including:

+ SHE Management of Change processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
