Reporting directly to the E Product Line Director, the Director of Products and Services will lead a cross-functional organization to i) develop and deliver microelectronics products that provide unparalleled performance and capabilities for warfighters and commercial customers, supporting a variety of missions with RF/MMIC, mixed-signal, digital, and thermal sensor chips, chipsets, and modules; and ii) provide design, development, and fabrication services for custom microelectronics, leveraging both our advanced in-house III-V fab and the broader third-party semiconductor ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for business success via strategy development, organizational leadership, and portfolio execution. The Products and Services area is accountable to capture or identify, create, and deliver discriminating products & services, including effective customer relationships both external and internal to BAE Systems. The Director of Microelectronics Products and Services will lead this broad portfolio with P&L accountability.
