Job Title: Phlebotomist IIJob Description The primary role of a Phlebotomist II is to assist in performing various duties, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and making workflow recommendations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of different gauges and phlebotomy techniques. Ability to accurately enter data in various EMR systems. Excellent customer service skills due to high patient volume. Experience in specimen collection and venipuncture.
