Position Summary
JGA is seeking an experienced WMOS Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active WMOS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system configuration, integration, and warehouse process improvement. This is an on-site/hybrid role based near Spartanburg, SC. Candidates within a two-hour drive (e.g., Greenville, Charlotte, Atlanta) are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Manhattan WMOS/Active for warehouse operations
Lead or support system setup, functional testing, data migration, and go-live efforts
Customize WMOS/Active solutions through scripting, configuration, and integration
Modify and develop workflows, user interfaces, and modules
Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis
Recommend and implement system and process enhancements
Deliver training to end users and create system documentation, user guides, and SOPs
Stay current with Manhattan Active and WMOS updates and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5 to 15 years of experience implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS
Required: Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMOS (implementation or support)
In-depth understanding of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations
Strong skills in system configuration, scripting, and integration
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
