About the role
Are you a proponent of driving operational excellence in benefits and leave programs? The U.S. Benefits Manager independently manages day-to-day program administration, complex case resolution, regulatory compliance, and vendor. This position is highly hands-on, requiring deep technical knowledge of benefits operations, excellent judgment, and a proactive approach to problem solving, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Based in our Las Vegas office on a hybrid basis you'll be connecting people to the benefits that matter most.
What you'll be doing
As part of the Total Rewards team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring ensures employees receive timely, accurate support while maintaining strong internal controls, compliant processes, and effective vendor delivery. At all levels, colleagues will rely on benefits knowledge to navigate complex programs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure compliance with confidence. It's a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'll mainly be involved with:
Lead daily administration of U.S. benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, retirement, and well-being).
Own Workday benefits workflows including eligibility management, life events, dependent verification, and payroll deduction integrity.
Oversee Open Enrollment from end to end-system configuration testing, vendor coordination, timeline leadership, and employee communications.
Manage all U.S. leave programs including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and disability.
Serve as the escalation point for all complex leave cases; coordinate closely with the third-party leave administrator to ensure accuracy and timely case handling.
Lead day-to-day vendor relationships, holding carriers and administrators accountable to service standards.
Run standing case review meetings, manage escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure operational compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
Lead routine audits of eligibility, deductions, billing, and vendor files; correct discrepancies and strengthen controls.
Produce reports on plan utilization, costs, leave activity, and operational performance metrics.
What you'll bring

5 years of experience managing U.S. benefits administration, with proven ownership of benefit and leave programs.
Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and applicable state regulations.
Advanced proficiency with Workday Benefits (or equivalent HRIS), ServiceNow, and payroll integrations.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance and resolve escalations.
Strong analytical skills, data accuracy, and ability to generate actionable insights.
Experience drafting benefits policies, workflows, communications, and documentation.
Ability to lead benefits and leave operations independently, with minimal direction.
Strong technical competence in benefits law, systems, and day-to-day administration.
High accuracy, follow-through, and ownership of outcomes.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to interpret issues quickly.

The Private Wealth Consultant is responsible for delivering comprehensive trust, investment, and private wealth solutions tailored to the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on driving sales growth within an assigned territory while serving as a strategic resource for advisors and clients.
In this role, you will:
* Partner with MassMutual financial advisors to design complex wealth strategies, leveraging deep expertise in portfolio management, investment solutions, and estate planning. Provide advanced product knowledge, historical analysis, and legal document review to position advisors and MassMutual for success in building high-net-worth client relationships.
* Act as a trusted resource during client interactions, delivering tailored recommendations and supporting advisors throughout the sales process to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Work with a team of wealth, tax, trust, and investment specialists to create differentiated, client-centric solutions that elevate the advisor experience.
* Develop marketing strategies, collateral, and investment illustrations to drive new business growth and enhance advisor capabilities within the territory.
* Coordinate with investment, fiduciary, and operational teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience.
* Recognize and pursue opportunities requiring advanced investment, trust, and private wealth solutions to increase assets under management and expand market share.
* Deliver training on wealth planning, trust services, and private client solutions to enhance advisor proficiency and confidence.
* Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy for the territory, including segmentation, lead prioritization, and pipeline management.
* Share real-time market insights with internal stakeholders to inform product development and distribution strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline advisor workflows and simplify access to wealth management solutions.
* Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the unique needs of clients.
The Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of consulting, portfolio or sales experience with investment management and trust services
* Ability to travel 50% - 70% as required
* FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 at time of application
The Ideal Qualifications
* Previous sales experience through an intermediary or financial advisor channel
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Extensive experience with complex investment, estate planning, financial planning, trust and private client solutions tailored to the high-net-worth market segment
* CFA, CIMA, CTFA, ChFC or CFP designations

Salary Range:
$144,800-$190,000
