Qualifications:
Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably Business/Agribusiness, Economics/Agricultural Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related fields.
5 years of strategic procurement or related business experience, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).

We are seeking a highly skilled Molding Reliability Engineer with specialized experience in injection molding and blow molding processes. This role is critical to ensuring the long-term performance, safety, and efficiency of our plastic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead proactive reliability initiatives, analyze equipment performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve product quality. The Molding Reliability Engineer will possess advanced knowledge and technical expertise to deploy continuous improvement methodologies to improve asset reliability and elimination of defects.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Coordinates Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes and tracks the implementation of recommendations through resolution.
+ Conducts Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and develops reliability strategies.
+ Serves as Operations Readiness Lead supporting innovation and capital projects by acting as the Liaison between Project Managers and Plant resources.
+ Reviews equipment specifications and standards and develops recommendations for reliability improvements.
+ Formulates, implements, maintains, and audits Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PdM) programs.
+ Recommends projects and/or studies and develops cost justification for reliability improvements
+ Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.
+ Continues to improve the reliability tools and methods utilized in increasing plant reliability.
+ Ensures proper spare parts inventory levels for sustaining equipment maintainability and availability.
+ Advises plant and corporate engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability, operability, and maintainability are preserved.
+ Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
+ Execute the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
+ Participate in the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify and eliminate defects.
+ Partner with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
**What we look for:**
+ 5+ years of related engineering experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
+ 3+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience within a plastics manufacturing environment.
+ *Hands-on expertise with injection molding and blow molding equipment, including PET and HDPE products.
+ 2+ years of experience managing capital projects within a manufacturing setting (preferred).
