Matt Rocco is the President/CEO for Etech Global Services. Matt is a 34-year veteran of the call center / BPO industry. He has held key leadership positions within Dun & Bradstreet, The Berry Company (a subsidiary of Bell South), Etech, Inc. and Etech Global Services. In the past 34 years, he has spent time in every facet of call center operations and outsourcing processes. In 2003 he was part of an investment team that started Etech Global Services, a multinational outsourcing organization. From it’s humble beginnings in Nacogdoches, Texas Etech has grown to over 3,000 employees that provides world-class solutions to Fortune 500 companies from its locations in the US, India, and Jamaica. Matt has been President and CEO of Etech since 2013. Matt is an alumnus of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he lettered in both basketball and baseball serving as captain of the basketball team his senior year. His fondest memories are advancing to the NCAA D2 tournament in two of his four years. Matt graduated from Dickinson with a BA in Economics. He has also completed the Master Certificate program in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. In May of 2010, Matt was elected by the citizens of Nacogdoches, TX to serve on the Nacogdoches Independent School District Board of Trustees. During his 3 year term, Matt served as president and vice-president for the Board of Trustees. Matt is married to his college sweetheart, April. They have raised five children - Nick, Matthew, Jermaine, Jamaal, and Lexie. In December of 2016, Matt contracted a high mortality disease know as ARDS. He fell into a coma for over a month. His family was called to the hospital to say their “good-byes.” Despite all the medical and scientific evidence predicting Matt’s death, God chose to perform a miracle. Matt survived and leads Etech today.

Anna became President and Chief Executive Officer of Faneuil in 2009 after having served as its President and Chief Operating Officer; Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Government Services Division; and, beginning in 2004, Vice President of Business Development. She brings more than 35 years of management experience to a leadership role that includes ultimate responsibility for the company’s business operations nationwide, more than 5,000 employees, and revenue generation of more than $150 million annually. Anna is also deeply involved in the development of strategies to recruit, hire, train, develop, retain and motivate essential talent. To foster a culture in which customer service and integrity shape every interaction, Anna personally communicates Faneuil’s vision and values throughout the organization.

Raul Vazquez has served as chief executive officer and board member of Oportun, a financial technology company since April 2012. Prior to joining Oportun, Vazquez spent nine years at Walmart in various senior leadership roles, including executive vice president and president of Walmart West, chief executive officer of Walmart.com, and executive vice president of Global eCommerce for developed markets. Vazquez previously worked in startup companies in e-commerce, at a global strategy consulting firm focused on Fortune 100 companies and as an industrial engineer for Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Vazquez also served as a member of the board of directors of Staples, Inc. from 2013 to June 2016. In September 2015, Vazquez was named to the Federal Reserve Board’s Community Advisory Council and currently serves as its vice chair. Mr. Vazquez received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
