Monitors the administration of prescription and over the counter medication by cottage parents, youth care assistants, program leaders or other staff responsible for direct care of youth. This includes monitoring medication logs and following up on prescribed treatments for youth in care, giving regular input to supervisors concerning direct care staff that do not follow protocol or prescribed treatment for youth in their care. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The person filling this position must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse with the state of Florida.
