What You'll Do Pre-Award Management: Review and evaluate bids, scope subcontractors, and negotiate final contract pricing. Conduct pre-award meetings and draft subcontractor scopes of work. Collaborate with the Project Administrator to issue subcontracts. Planning And Coordination Develop and manage the master project schedule. Prepare budget setups and owner schedules for input into financial systems. Participate in team meetings to define roles and expectations for each project. Pre-Construction And Meeting Coordination Lead pre-construction meetings with design teams and owners to establish processes and timelines. Organize and lead all project meetings, including weekly coordination and project management meetings. Scheduling And Quality Control Collaborate with the team to maintain the project schedule and ensure milestones are met. Review and approve contractor and vendor pay requisitions. Assist with preconstruction services as necessary. Construction Oversight Direct all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects meet budget and quality standards. Work with subcontractors and design professionals to address any project challenges. Adhere to company standards and operational procedures at all times.
