Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in window installation within the construction industry.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role on construction sites.
Strong knowledge of window installation techniques, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in construction safety or OSHA training.
Experience with energy-efficient and specialty window installations.

* Must be willing to:
* Travel long distances on short notice
* Work extended hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
* Must pass a background check, drug and & alcohol screening, clearinghouse, and MVR check
* Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
* Must be able to climb poles and structures using proper climbing gear for extended periods
* Frequent physical activities include standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
* Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements and operate hand tools and mechanical equipment
* Work involves exposure to high-voltage systems, confined spaces, heights, and noisy environments
* Must have close visual acuity to perform detailed inspections and tasks
* Ability to work at elevated heights and in proximity to energized equipment using required PPE
* Must be physically fit to perform pole-top rescue operations and emergency response activities
Working Conditions
* Work is conducted outdoors in all types of weather, including inclement conditions
