The crew leader will use leadership skills to ensure that the crew is following company and customer standards, policies and best practices. What You Will Do Some core responsibilities for a concrete finisher include: Be able to place wet concrete into forms Spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces Using a hand trowel, broom, or power vibrator to achieve desired finishes Set concrete forms to specified width and depths Understanding how weather affects the concrete curing process Be able to work in a strict timeline due to curing Must be able to use the following tools: framing hammers, sledge hammers, portable band saws, portable dirt compactors, bull floats, and other power tools.
