A Strategic Data Analyst Intern is responsible for working as part of a team to perform individual and group analysis on business strategies designed to grow revenue, manage expense and mitigate risk. SKILLS REQUIRED

Purpose: The HR Data Scientist will combine advanced analytics with technical expertise to transform HR data into meaningful insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. Qualifications and Functional Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relative experience.
Master's degree preferred, with 3+ years of relative experience.
Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT processes.
Firsthand experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development & deployment), Databricks, and cloud-based data engineering tools.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Knowledge of data modeling, database design, data lakehouse concepts, and data warehousing best practices.
