A delivery assistant primarily assists delivery drivers in locating and delivering parcels to clients. They participate in loading and unloading packages, handling documents, coordinating with logistics staff, engaging with clients, and organizing and inspecting items to ensure quality and accuracy. They may also take calls to respond to inquiries, make calls to confirm details, locate receivers, and run errands as necessary.
