A delivery associate is responsible for picking-up and delivering parcels, ensuring timeliness and client satisfaction. They typically review and handle delivery documents, load and unload packages from the vehicles, adhere to schedules and routes, scan and organize parcels, and prepare regular progress reports. There are also instances where they must communicate and assist clients by answering inquiries, confirming addresses, collecting payments, and handling issues and concerns.
