Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and security of the extended care space and materials. Provide or coordinate First Aid/CPR in case of student injury or illness. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a school, daycare, camp, or similar environment. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date). Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
