Ensure smooth traffic flow into and out of the gate area, controlling gate arm activation. The schedule for this position is four days working then four days off on a rotating basis. Shifts are six hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but not limited to) Acknowledges by standing to greet all residents & guests with a physical (i.e., hand wave) and/or verbal greeting and a friendly smile as they enter gate area; Regulates traffic and monitors visitor's lane ensuring safe passage for both visitors and residents; Monitors mechanical gate operations to provide a safe flow of traffic into the community.
