Our DSPs work in the homes of people with disabilities and support them in living more independently. A DSP assists people in participating in life's essential activities such as helping them start their day, take medications, get to work, manage money and household tasks, prepare meals and so much more. If you aren't familiar with the term Direct Support Professional (DSP), similar job titles might be Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Care Provider. Our DSPs work in the homes of people with disabilities and support them in living more independently. They help their clients become engaged in their community and encourage them to make their own choices. A DSP assists people in participating in life's essential activities such as helping them start their day, take medications, get to work, manage money and household tasks, prepare meals and so much more.
