Laid back work environment
The pay to warehouse workers is way lower than the area average.
Don’t know. He isn’t very accessible to employees
Hold under performing employees responsible and properly awarding/compensating those employees that excel. It is VERY inappropriate when all employees (1) get a raise and (2) get the same raise. This is is unsustainable for employee moral and literally rewards the bad behavior of lazy employees.
What interview?
My current pay in lower than the local average.
White employees are treated different from Hispanic employees. A white employee is held to a higher standard.
Overall, I do really like my job at Dover, which might be because I hold a unique position.
The history of customer service that we’ve provided, and pervious close relationships with vendors.
The focus has moved away from serving our unique customers and become more lifestyle.
Working with people who shared a passion for our communities.
