Serve and supervise snack time while following all sanitation and health guidelines. Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members. Demonstrate YMCA values in all interactions and help create a culture of inclusion and belonging. Be an ambassador of the YMCA's mission, vision, and impact in the community. Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure the success of the program. What You Bring to the Y High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Experience in childhood development or working with children is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to lead with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
