Don Elledge founded Edgile in 2001 and is responsible for growing the company into a leading security and risk services organization serving Fortune 500 companies. Don advises clients on security and risk issues driven by the rapidly changing technology environment and his forward-thinking views have positioned Edgile as a trusted, strategic partner. Prior to founding Edgile, Don was a partner at Deloitte, where he established a national security practice focused on e-businesses security. Don also spent four years in New York working at First Boston in the financial industry.

Don holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Texas, and an MBA from the University of Washington with a focus on economics.

Passion: Building a culture of quality and devotion to service within a challenging, rewarding and exciting work environment.

Active in: Spending time with family, playing the guitar and sailing.

As CTO and partner, Dean Fantham co-founded Edgile with Don Elledge in 2001 with the belief that successful enterprise security demands ease of use, as well as functional excellence. With more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex architecture and systems solutions, Dean is active in helping clients uncover business value. His strong, business-centered ethos means that Edgile solutions are rigorously defined, yet flexible enough to adapt to economic and cultural influences. Hailing from New Zealand, Dean worked at Deloitte before joining Edgile.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and computer science from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and is a Chartered Accountant (NZ).

Active: Cycling competitively and for fun, wine and good food, and coaching my kids.

As CFO for Edgile, Salman Rashid is responsible for finance, HR, and Legal. Salman is also actively engaged with Edgile’s services practices in support of meeting the overall business objectives of the company. He joins Edgile with 25 years of finance and consulting experience. Most recently he was the CFO/COO for Quickstart Technologies, and prior to that with Dell for 15 years in various finance and transformational leadership roles, including CFO - Dell BPO Services. He also worked for Arthur Andersen and Accenture as a management consultant. Salman’s strengths lie in solving problems by simplifying complex issues, alignment across stakeholders and driving key initiatives for results. His areas of expertise are Finance & Ops, Strategy & Transformation and M&A. Salman has an Engineering degree from UT Austin and an MBA from University of Houston.

Passion: Helping organizations succeed with multiple digit growth, improving profitability and cash flow by implementing critical business strategies, putting strong teams together through a robust set of cadence.

Active in: Spending time with family and friends, participating in charity events and activities, and travelling to worldwide destinations.

Dan is the CMO at Edgile. Prior, he was the VP Marketing at Jibe which was acquired by Google in 2015. He joined in 2011 to lead the transformation of Jibe as a platform company – creating the consumer, developer and carrier ecosystem for Jibe. He’s spent his career focusing on bringing new innovative disruptions to market. Prior to Jibe, he was the VP of Product Management for Ribbit, “Silicon Valley’s First Phone Company” where he lead the product direction to bring together old world telecom with the software model of the Internet. Ribbit was sold to the largest phone company in the UK, BT, in 2008. Dan held management positions at NBC/General Electric, Media.net, Tello, WiLine and Deloitte & Touche. High technology, telecom and media consulting clients include Microsoft, SBC (now AT&T), Sprint, US West (now CenturyLink), Airtouch (now Verizon Wireless), and XO. Dan received a BS in Engineering from California Polytechnic University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
