+ Ensure full utilization of existing tools and programs to follow policies and procedures pertaining to projects and work evolutions managed by Miller Electric to provide overall quality control, operational excellence for project and maintenance work evolutions.

+ Engage and cultivate opportunities for expanding preventative maintenance and NFPA 70B initiatives for existing clients or projects and identify new opportunities.
+ Actively interfacing with project and maintenance teams to validate QAQC and commissioning expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion
+ Provide continuous improvement, operational excellence program improvements and standardization to include root cause analysis for quality incidents, QAQC and commissioning planning and execution
+ Facilitate QAQC training for all project and maintenance team members and provide detailed on site training for personnel responsible for managing and executing QAQC and commissioning plans
+ Develop plans for QAQC and testing equipment maintenance, calibration, storage, and check out processes
+ Develop QAQC templates and folder structures in coordination with the project management and field leadership teams
+ Frequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues and provide hands-on training to QAQC personnel
+ Provide consistent feedback and reports to upstream stakeholders
+ Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY
With limited guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of tooling support duties of a semi‐complex nature following and developing procedures and processes in two or more of the following functions: tool crib, tool setting and tool and cutter grinding, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Select, assemble and set N/C and conventional tooling using presetting equipment to extremely close tolerances, determine correct set length and ensure that tools are marked and coded properly.
Follow setup instructions found on job setup and process sheets, in the standard tooling catalog or computerized system.
Check tools for sharpness and condition and determine if resharpening, retipping, repair or replacement is required and apply protective coatings to tools when necessary.
Operate and set‐up some tool and cutter or other grinding machines to sharpen basic tools involving straight sides, single angles or symmetrical surfaces.
Select and mount proper grinding wheel and holding fixtures.
Set and adjust speeds, feeds, depth of cut and other machine controls.
Assist in the construction and checking of new or redesigned tools and rework existing tools according to specifications.
Diagnose and resolve problems involving tooling.
Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and report deficiencies.
Receive, store and issue tools, jigs, fixtures, templates and shop supplies.
Check for broken, damaged or out‐of‐tolerance tools and fixtures, route them for proper repair and maintain records of withdrawals, returns, breakage and reconditioning.
Update necessary tooling setup information and isolate jobs to be maintained in pre‐set for future runs.
Coordinate tooling requirements with manufacturing engineering, purchasing and other functions.
Maintain all tooling records for government and customer inventories and inspection. Maintain records of all tooling and fixtures sent to suppliers. Use computer terminal to track tooling activity and tool locations.
Observe all safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.

Job Requirements

This candidate will be Interfacing with the East Regional Business Line Leader Water and Corporate Growth team to; create and implement long-term and annual strategies for growth, grow and mature the Americas Client Account Manager (CAM) program (including mentoring and coaching CAMs and interfacing with specific, significant water clients, and developing, growing, and maturing the US East Region Water pipeline, including active participation in the positioning for and capturing major Water pursuits. This includes facilitating and managing cross Business Line collaboration where appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY
Sets up and operates various conventional and/or numerically controlled (CNC) machining centers on the most complex and difficult jobs operating primarily Okuma multi-axis lathes, Okuma mills and HAAS 5 axis mills. Works from blueprints, sketches, planning sheets, verbal instructions, and/or engineering, tooling, or equipment information. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Works independently with minimum guidance in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Runs multiple machines efficiently, which may require simultaneous operations. Adapts or improvises tooling to accomplish results where operations require a broad knowledge of production machining technology, operating skills, and shop techniques together with diversified experience.
2. Sets ups, adjusts, and operates a variety of conventional and/or special purpose machines to perform the most diversified and difficult production operations on work having close and exact tolerances, several dimensional relationships, unusual contours, dimensional and finish requirements.
3. Interprets customer requirements from blueprints, complex drawings, engineering specifications, quality directives, charts, tables, sketches, and verbal instructions.
4. Interfaces with engineering to resolve drawing errors, suggest design changes, and solve product/process problems.
5. Implements manufacturing methods using standard production machines, materials, and tooling. May advise and assist with tooling design.
6. Makes complex setups, which may include multiple work piece stations, utilizing custom and standard holding devices.
7. Develops and defines processes with limited documentation, as required.
8. Trouble shoots and resolves machining problems.
9. Responsible for machining and checking parts to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
10. Inspects finished parts for conformance to specifications by visual examination, and utilizes precision measuring instruments such as gages, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and surface plate techniques. May be required to use coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Ensures equipment is calibrated in accordance with schedule.
11. Routinely maintains equipment to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability specific to division requirements.
12. Accurately and regularly performs statistical process control (SPC) specific to division requirements.
13. Uses advanced shop mathematics, which may include trigonometry, and general knowledge of metal characteristics and other processing requirements.
14. Actively contributes to lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for
improvement. Effectively applies lean concepts and tools in work area.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Five or more years of directly related CNC machining experience in a high technology manufacturing environment. Okuma multi-axis lathes, Okuma mills and HAAS 5 axis mills preferred. Able to work independently with minimum supervisory guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Handles multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet customer needs.
May require specialize certification specific to division requirements (i.e. certified operator).
Reads, understands, and follows blueprints, complex drawings, engineering specifications, and informal written or verbal instructions.
Able to make and evaluate precision machine set ups and possess a solid understanding of precision machining principles. Experience machining shaped forgings preferred.
Has working knowledge of advanced shop mathematics, may include trigonometry.
Able to implement lean initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Complete thorough Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services on all standard package and split unit HVAC systems that are common among EFO's light commercial customers including but not limited to: inspection and repair/replacement of belts and pulleys, inspection and cleaning of condensate drain lines, testing power/performance of compressor, fan motor, blower motor, testing function and safety of burners/heat exchangers, function of all safety and operational controls.
* General repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems. Diagnose airflow and ducting repairs.
* Safe, efficient, and EPA compliant use of refrigerants in support of standard package and split unit HVAC systems that are common among EFO's light commercial customers.
* Safely diagnose and repair common mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues on standard boiler, package and split unit HVAC systems that are common among EFO's light commercial customers, including but not limited to: motors, belts, pulleys, compressors, condensing units, evaporators, circuity boards, contactors, leaks, safely un-sweating and brazing of copper components.
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs the following duties in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
* Perform minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems (e.g. unclog toilets and drains, repair leaks in drains and faucets, replace toilets and faucet fixtures as needed, etc.).
* Perform routine painting, carpentry work, etc., as necessary to maintain our Client's facilities in like new condition (e.g. repair a hole in dry-wall, prep the area, and match the paint to present a uniform and original like new appearance).
* Perform minor electrical maintenance as allowed without a license within state law requirements (e.g. repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets. Replace light bulbs, ballasts and sockets if necessary).
* Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to:
* Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided.
* Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.
* Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.
Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction. Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams.
Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.

Qualifications
Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)
HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.
Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state approved HVAC license.
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience)
5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades. HVAC experience working on Industrial/commercial type HVAC equipment /systems as the scope requires.
Licenses/Certifications
Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing. Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
Language Skills
