This position is integral to delivering high-quality, specialized wound care in patients' homes, skilled nursing facilities, and clinic settings. Under the direction of the Practice Manager and Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in supporting wound care procedures, patient education, and treatment coordination. This is a travel-based role requiring the operation of a company vehicle to provide wound care services. Extensive driving is required, and adherence to professional driving standards is expected. Key Responsibilities: Wound Care Support & Patient Assistance: Obtain and document vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight).
