Early in his career, Sanjay realized that - although he could write code - he was better at helping people use it. That’s why, as a customer-driven CEO, he is determined to deliver Commvault solutions that impact the business and lives of our customers. Sanjay joins Commvault from the software maker Puppet, where he served as CEO for more than two years. During his tenure at Puppet, he grew the user base of Puppet’s open source and commercial solutions to more than 40,000 companies, including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. He grew Puppet’s global presence, opening new offices in Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Timisoara, Romania. Prior to that, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, VMware and EMC Corp. As a “global citizen,” Sanjay’s move to Commvault’s New Jersey headquarters is a return to his roots. He has family in the New Jersey area and is on the board of directors at Drew University, his alma mater. In addition to his board role at Drew, where he studied computer science and math, he serves on the boards of Datameer, Portland Center Stage and Puppet. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. A father of two adult daughters, he recognizes and supports the importance of diversity in the workplace. He is also a “ridiculously passionate” fan of cricket - which is a source of good-natured teasing from his daughters.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the technology services sector, Kevin has been a change leader with a track record of leading significant business transformations. He is a passionate advocate for employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and believes that people and culture are a key differentiator in business. Prior to joining Rackspace, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of MV Transportation where he and his team achieved the highest revenue in the company’s history, increased new business sales by 440% and achieved record levels of profitability. He also held global leadership roles at EDS, Dell, HPE (roles before and after the company split in 2014) and DXC. He has consistently driven double-digit revenue growth and profitability throughout his career. Most recently, Kevin was named to the Business Journals’ “Influencers: People We’re Watching in 2020.” Kevin received his BBA from James Madison University and serves as a board member for Rackspace and Mood Media. He is an avid tennis player, triathlete, golfer, runner, husband and father of two boys. Mark D. McClain co-founded SailPoint in December 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and on our board of directors since that time. He has almost 20 years of experience developing and leading innovative technology companies that have operated in the identity management market. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies, a pioneer in the identity management market. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems (“Sun”) in 2003, Mr. McClain served as Vice President of Software Marketing for Sun. His career also includes experience in international sales and marketing with HP (NYSE: HPQ) and IBM Tivoli Systems. Mr. McClain holds a B.A. in Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Victor Kislyi is a CEO & Founder at Wargaming and is based in Cyprus. He studied at Belarussian State University between 1993 and 1999.

Pete McChrystal is a President and CEO at Accent Technologies and is based in Melbourne, Florida. He has worked as Infantry Officer at United States Army. Pete attended West Point-United States Military Academy between 1980 and 1984.

As President and CEO of Paciolan, Kim manages the direction and vision for the entire company, including client satisfaction, retention and direction of all products, services and solutions. She has cultivated an inclusive and supportive corporate culture at Paciolan, encouraging employee growth and development. Kim is also the liaison to our parent company, Learfield, and is charged with being more integrated with the Extended Business Lines within the Learfield family. Before she was named President, Kim was managing most of the company in her role as COO, and developed many of the teams within the company that exist today. Before Paciolan, she has also served in leadership positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com and Paramount Studios. In 2017, Venues Today recognized Kim as a Woman of Influence, honoring female leaders in the sports and entertainment industry. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Studies from University of Southern California.

As CEO for Navigate Power, Brian Cecola is responsible for generating new business and fostering future relationships. With his leadership, Navigate Power has experienced sustainable growth over the last four years. Brian has over a decade of experience in small business and private ventures. He started his career on the Chicago Stock Exchange as a specialist making the market for over 50 NYSE listed stocks. He was a successful proprietary trader for 9 years trading multiple markets, including energy and commodities, but focused primarily on the yield curve. This experience created a natural segue to his role prior to Navigate, as Director of Sales at Best Energy. Graduating Summa Cum Laude, Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Purdue University. He also holds an MBA from Saint Xavier University.
