Christopher J. McGurk (born January 16, 1957) became the chairman and chief executive officer of Cinedigm Digital Cinema in January 2011. He serves as director of Cookie Jar Entertainment Holdings, the Foundation of Motion Picture Pioneers; the American Cinematheque board of directors; and the Entertainment Industries Council board of trustees. McGurk received the H.E.L.P. Group's “Spirit of Hope Award” in 2002, and its “Leader of Vision“ award in 2003.

In the years that followed, the agency created result-driven, award-winning online, broadcast and print advertising as well as media solutions, websites and mobile applications for a wide range of companies and brands. Among them were Electronic Arts, Disney Interactive, Microsoft Xbox, Konami, Warner Brothers, Namco Bandai, Capcom and Sony Online Entertainment. Since its founding, Ayzenberg has grown to be one of the largest independent advertising agencies on the US West Coast.
