We are partnering with our Seattle, WA real estate client to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, onsite in Seattle. In this role, you will serve as an advocate and a conduit between high-performing real estate teams and the company's corporate marketing team, with the goal of streamlining processes, advocating for this group, and ensuring projects are aligned with broker needs. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating and editing a variety of branch assets, leveraging your technical prowess with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and CRM tools to set the standard for print materials, digital assets, website updates, real estate listings, documentation, proposals and so much more. At the core, this role is a connector position, aligning corporate campaigns and needs with local team needs. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong preference for dedicated real estate industry experience. You should bring strong experience with those tools above, including some light design work, and excellent writing skills. Maybe most importantly, you should be a strong advocate and project coordinator for the marketing needs of this group. You will:
Serve as the key resource for marketing needs, projects and similar work for a team within this organization, aiding in prioritizing marketing projects and streamlining communication between teams
Organize, update, edit and optimize a variety of marketing assets and documentation for this branch, including presentations, print marketing materials, proposals, web pages, digital assets and more
Aid in photo editing and optimization for property listings, marketing materials and similar
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the needs, priorities and challenges facing this branch, with the goal of aligning marketing projects and requests with priorities, deadlines and business needs
Own the branch's web content efforts in WordPress, conducting consistent updates, page audits, and similar, and ensuring marketing efforts are positioned properly for the organization
Serve as a project manager and connector for this team for additional projects, as needed
Your experience should include:
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Level Scope:
Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees. Typically hold a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.
Essential Functions:
60% of Time the Marketing/Promotions Coordinator must:
● Oversee messaging and content posted to various social media platforms.
● Serve as an advocate for the university and act in the best interest of the university in
establishing a level of quality and production associated with university events.
● Maintain professional flexibility to accommodate rapidly changing processes, program information and priorities.
● Make recommendations and implement social media best practices.
● Demonstrate a strong ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver on concepts and information to effectively maximize the
university's brand.
● Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of projects, including planning,
content, layout and publication of marketing materials, turnaround time, etc.
35% of the time:
● Complete a diverse suite of administrative tasks (including purchasing and compliance) needed to support, develop, maintain and grow CI+D programs.
● Attend recruiting and advising events to represent CI+D programs and initiatives.
● Guide, support, and execute on programmatic, logistical, marketing, communication, and/or staffing and program elements
● Positively contribute to an inclusive and supportive work environment
● Coordinate administrative activities which require frequent contact with executives, the public, other agencies and campus officials.
● May attend meetings to relay and collect information.
5% Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
● Ability to generate, cultivate and maintain business relationships with corporate community, maintain a high level of communication skills and work well with a diverse group of people.
● Must be able to work independently, make decisions and problem solve.
● Ability to compose written material with a succinct message and free of spelling or grammatical errors.
● Good knowledge of: creative directions and design best practices; the print industry and mailing regulations; developing and
implementing communication and marketing plans.
● Experience: implementing marketing and advertising plans as well as computer literacy and producing graphics for many aspects of media; using creative suites software.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary starts at $48,609 annually and is commensurate with experience. Boise State University provides a best-in-class benefits package, including (but not limited to):

NATURE OF WORK Responsible for providing set-ups and tear-downs of furniture and events equipment for meetings and events held at the Civic Center. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to users of the facility. Responsible for removing garbage, cleaning rest rooms, scrubbing floors, and other cleaning tasks. Work is performed under the general direction of a supervisory employee.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF WORK
* Set-ups and tear-downs of furniture and equipment for various meetings and events. Must be able to interpret a set up map provided by Events Specialist.
* Performs building custodial services, including floor sweeping, mopping and scrubbing; dusting and polishing furniture; washing windows and walls; vacuuming; and cleaning restrooms.
* Provide exceptional customer service to facility users before, during and after events.
* Works with customers to enforce fire code in regards to egress and room capacity.
* Provides building security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured after event.
* Sell tickets and perform general box office duties including fulfill tickets to print mail/will call orders; maintain box office voicemail greeting; answer box office phone and return voice mail calls
* Advise office staff of all damages, lost inventory, linen usage, etc.
* Responsible for daily balance and deposit of all box office revenue.
* Coordinate with Front of House Manager any special needs for day of show; work with Front of House Manager to resolve patron and promoter complaints.
* Answer box office phone and direct inquiries regarding other City of Great Falls business to proper departments; answer general inquiries for Events Office.
* Organize and maintain events office records.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patrons, fellow employees, supervisors and the general public.
* Maintain volunteer usher records; work with Events Specialist in filling usher needs for theater performances; generate usher sign-up for events involving ticketing.
* Light maintenance and repair of events equipment (tables, chairs, etc.).
* Participate in short and long-range plans for the Events Office.
* Additional box office duties as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* One year of experience in a customer service position.
* One year of experience in building cleaning and maintenance desirable.
* Manual labor experience a plus.
NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Employee must possess or have the ability to obtain valid Montana driver's license.
REQUIREMENTS OF WORK
* Must be willing and able to flex schedule to fill available shifts. The Mansfield is a 24 hour operation and requires work on days, nights, weekends and some overnight shifts. Some shifts may be longer than 8 hours.
