Experience in construction, service-based company, or field services strongly preferred. Proven ability to scale operations, standardize processes, and lead teams across multiple sites. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with job costing and project lifecycles. Additional Details Travel up to 35% across regional locations (primarily day trips). Some on-call availability during evenings/weekends for emergency events.
