Work life balance. Work from home, life balance is very good

No direct hire. Very difficult to be converted as direct employee. Contracting employee position is mostly open

Pay is good. Hourly pay is very good.

Management turn overs too fast, just when someone is fully functional they are gone. Extremely behind times with systems. Change takes years.

Currently the health care plan is good.

Job Stability - Because of attrition I am doing the job of three people currently

Work / Life Balance - I work anywhere from 60 - 85 hours per week
