Position Summary
The Renovations Technician I is responsible for carrying out a wide range of renovation tasks within the organization. This role involves assisting in renovation projects and repairs and ensuring that work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Essential Duties and Functions
Perform and assist on various renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and plumbing.
Handle repairs as required.
Ensures work performed complies with local building codes, regulations, and meets WEL community standards.
Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are used as designed.
Follow safety protocols and practices on renovation sites.
Qualifications include:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in renovations team or construction crew. Preferably in a health care setting.
Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection.
Painting experience is required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification:
OSHA 10-hour certification.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly effective field service capability technology Delivery Lead to join our Song team. An individual filling this role will be responsible for the overall success of field service technology focused Service Experience programs, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and will have experience managing programs that combine strategy, field service experience design, and technology architecture & delivery disciplines.
The work:
* Works in a highly client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale Service solutions crossing customer channels and service center Backoffice service solutions.
* Develops strong working relationships with the senior management team and identifies follow-on project opportunities

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
4+ years of hands-on experience in network deployments or field installations.

Strong understanding of cabling standards (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber types, patch panel management).
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
