About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
· Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
· Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

GEA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, installation, repair, and optimization of Powder Packaging and Freeze-Drying Equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, with proven experience in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and customer training. Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections, repairs, testing, and optimization of Powder Packaging and Freeze-Drying Equipment.
Install new equipment, including both mechanical and electrical components, ensuring safe and efficient startup.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, including PLC, HMI, and communication systems.
Prepare clear and accurate inspection and service reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Recommend and execute system upgrades, retrofits, and optimizations to enhance performance and reliability.
Independently or collaboratively install automation, mechanical, and combined system upgrades with high technical precision.
Estimate labor time for service calls, rebuilds, installations, commissioning, and training sessions.

Proven ability to write and modify PLC code (Rockwell) and develop or adjust HMI screens.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience using standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of 3-phase motor wiring, 120VAC power/communication, and 24VDC control systems.
Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols such as Ethernet and DeviceNet.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, PLC logic, and HMI code.
Solid understanding of automation, controls, and mechanical integration.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

This position will receive daily tasking and prioritization from their site lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for operations and maintenance support of the MQ-4C Triton network and communications systems at a Forward Operating Base (FOB).
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide real time support for flight operations and maintenance, addressing any issues related to communications and networking to include fault isolation, remediation, and resolution.
+ Perform field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of communications and data link systems in military flight test environment, including operations on a flightline, in a hangar, and in command-and-control centers.
+ Adherence to checklists and procedures to ensure repeated success and providing redlines to procedures when necessary.
+ Communicate complex technical issues to local support, the Degrader Action Cell (DAC), Main Operation Bases (MOBs), and Responsible Engineers (REs).

What You'll Do:
As an Electromechanical Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery. You'll work with both mechanical and electrical systems across high-speed stamping presses, cold forming machines, and automated equipment in a dynamic production environment.
Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Diagnose and resolve issues using technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
Support process improvements and participate in ongoing training
What You'll Need:
Technical degree in a related field, journeyman's card, or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics and code books
Broad knowledge of electrical codes, electronic controls, and electrical theory
Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment
Strong math skills (fractions, percentages)
Nice to Haves:

**The Role**
+ Complete installation, repairs and testing of fiber and the different components
+ Splice loose tube and ribbon fiber in compliance with modern standards
+ Connect and configure fiber optic networks for facilities while troubleshooting problems
+ Read splicing print and apply color code to print reading
+ Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
+ Basic daily maintenance of TAK provided vehicle: check fluids, clean and organize vehicle
+ Ongoing monitoring to ensure that splicing operations are completed according to customer and industry specifications
+ Safely operate and use a bucket truck to complete daily construction assignments, and pull the fiber trailer as needed
+ Complete daily production reports, mark-up maps, keep track of work hours, complete "as-built maps" for areas built and tracks daily production
+ Reconcile all issued parts and materials daily to ensure accurate material usage counts
+ Frequently works with minimal or no supervision
+ Perform general clean up

Requirements
+ Prior fiber splicing experience **required**
+ Prior experience with CWDM and DWDM, prepping & splicing from 6ct to 288ct, and a working knowledge of OTDR (VEeX and/or EXFO) and the Fujikura Fiber Splicer a plus
+ Ability to work outside of business hours when needed, overtime, holidays, evenings, weekends etc., in all seasons
+ Ability to safely operate a vehicle while pulling a trailer
+ Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires
+ Ability to judge distance and space relationships
+ Ability to interpret splicing print and distinguish/apply color code to print reading
+ Ability to use specialty tools
+ Ability to use and understand splicing technology such as OTDRs, VFL, OLTS and Fusion Splice
+ Ability to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 pounds)
