Manager:
We are seeking individuals that can be part of a team that conducts software product and technology due diligence assessments on target organizations for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. In this role, managers conduct software product and technology assessments focused on the following key areas: product features / functionality and product roadmaps; technology and architecture; intellectual property and open source; R&D organization and processes, including the software development lifecycle; R&D OpEx and CapEx expenditures; and hosting infrastructure
These assessments will be conducted across the following types of engagements:
Pre-acquisition, buy-side software product and tech due diligence.
Pre-transaction, sell-side software product and tech due diligence.
Pre-acquisition, synergy and cost take-out assessment, related to software product and tech, for roll-up and tuck-in acquisitions.
Post-acquisition, software product and tech related value creation and performance improvement, working with the recently acquired target or an existing portfolio company.
A manager will have several roles on the engagement team including:
Actively participate in key target and client interactions, including interviews, interim updates, final readouts and any follow-ups.
Develop and manage the data request list that identifies key data, artifacts, and documentation required from the target for the assessment; includes managing related interactions with the bankers managing the process and the client.
Conduct detailed analysis of the target across all areas of assessment, focusing on quantitative and qualitative data gathering, organizing, and analysis.
Summarize key insights into client-ready exhibits, pages, sections of the interim and final deliverables.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
5-8 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with a minimum of five years consulting to the tech industry or specializing in software/tech-enabled services product management or software development.
Desired - experience working for or with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or related transaction / product and tech due diligence experience.
Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, including proven ability to directly develop and deliver executive-level, client-ready written communication materials, including interim updates and final deliverables.
Demonstrated track record working with business leaders (directors and above) as well as private equity deal staff.
Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Previous software / product experience, either in a software organization or related advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy.
Demonstrated ability to translate tech insights into commercial implications.
Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or another highly analytical and rigorous field.
Flexibility to travel at least 75% of time.

Benefits Summary
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. The salary range is $125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform field repairs on parking access system and building access systems, software and/or hardware related
Troubleshoot and correct problems on devices/equipment, down to board level, low voltage
Correct/fixes; minor to complex software issues on parking/access systems
Understand and troubleshoot the entire setup of a SKIDATA network (LAN)
Properly identifies all network devices on a LAN (router, modem, switch etc.)
Can properly use handheld devices like, but not limited to, multi meter, Network tester, toner, etc.
Understand basic relay logic
Works with upper-level support to setup/configure firewall, router, and other network devices
Provides effective customer service, to internal and external customers
Properly identifies when higher level support is needed. Work closely with peers and support team to ensure customer expectations are met

QUALIFICATIONS:

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. The Site Regulated Services Lead/Quality Technician will have a primary focus on overseeing select site services which require additional oversight due to the regulated environment, including but not exclusive of GMP cleaning and pest control. OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for carrying out assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems infrastructure and equipment. They will be responsible for both low-voltage control wiring and higher-voltage power wiring and will work on a variety of internally developed and third-party systems and machines. They will work closely with Controls Engineers and Maintenance Mechanics on the Manufacturing team, as well as both technicians and engineers from a variety of adjacent working groups. for all in-plant automation devices such as Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI's and VFD's.. The Electromechanical Technician will assist in accurate data collection for MES, Kepware and SCADA systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive, routine, and troubleshooting) on instrumentation systems and components in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
Wire, test, and troubleshoot control panels and individual electrical subcomponents.
Assemble control systems infrastructure and install third-party equipment such as power meters, pumps, pressure sensors and the like.
Read and mark-up electrical schematics.
Assist with maintaining all equipment programs database.
Follow company and industry workmanship standards for assembly and electrical work.
Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures as-needed.
Set up and troubleshoot simple ethernet communications networks.
performing routine and emergency maintenance of the facility's industrial electrical and control systems and equipment.
Recommend component replacement or upgrades when items become obsolete or are at end of life.
Assist in maintaining building SCADA systems to ensure all are functioning as designed.
Continuously improve the reliability of current systems

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with the basic concepts of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and networking
Familiarity with cGMP/GMP.
Strong understanding of automated manufacturing equipment and programming required.
Knowledge of proper wiring and cabling standards and techniques (Clean termination, ferruling, grounding & bonding, strain relief, etc.)
Proven experience with troubleshooting equipment problems and performing complex system tests required.
Rockwell certification preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Experience with databases, process monitoring systems and MES (manufacturing execution system) / information systems.
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License required.
Know the proper use of hand and power tools.
Experience in a food processing & manufacturing environment is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Must have good vision and manual dexterity.
Able to sit / stand for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to work in a cold environment and in tight areas.
Able to bend, push, carry, twist, and lift up to 50lbs without difficulty on a continuous basis.
This position requires participation in our mandatory respiratory protection program with respect to some essential tasks. Performance of confined space entry is also required with respect to some tasks which are essential to this job.

SUMMARY
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
2. Completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
3. Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property's maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
6. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Complies with Greystar's safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property's routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
2. May periodically inspect work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.

Additional Compensation:
