YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.
+ Manage a team of pricing analysts and senior analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
+ Create and enhance an efficient pricing process from intake to delivery of pricing through approval processes.
+ Engage with sales and create pricing on complex deals and RFPs utilizing portfolio data, benchmarking data, and profitability tools.
+ Develop and lead the execution of pricing desk KPIs and pricing strategies across all commercial payment products
+ Drive cross-functional initiatives with product, finance, marketing, and risk teams to align pricing with broader business goals.
+ Incorporate market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
+ Ensure pricing strategies comply with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
+ Provide thought leadership and insight to support the enhancement of existing or implementation of new pricing tools, systems, and automation initiatives.
+ Present pricing recommendations and business cases to executive leadership and influence decision-making.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
+ 7-10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or financial planning in the banking or financial services industry.
+ Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
+ Expertise in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and market intelligence.
+ Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Manual Ethical Hacking is part of the Application Development Security Framework Program within Bank of America's Cyber Security Assurance Offensive Security group. The program provides services to assess the security resilience of the bank's applications to malicious hacking activity.
