Dave McGinnis is the Chief Financial Officer of Filtration Group Corporation. Mr. McGinnis joined the company in 2020 and previously served as the Controller for the $3B Automotive Segment of Illinois Tool Works (ITW). In this role, he had full financial responsibility for over 80 facilities distributed across 16 countries. As part of the leadership team, Mr. McGinnis helped form and execute the segment’s global strategy, negotiated key contracts and helped drive margin expansion. Prior to his role at ITW, he spent almost 15 years at General Electric, where he held a number of global finance leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Mr. McGinnis is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Jason Clayton is Filtration Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer. He joined Filtration Group in 2021 and leads all aspects of human resources, including the company’s talent strategy, with a focus on attracting and developing talent at every level and aligning People initiatives with business results. Mr. Clayton’s experience includes roles as EVP-CHRO at JBT Corporation and VP-HR at Signode Industrial Group and IDEX Corporation as well as roles at PepsiCo. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
