Summary:
Rescue Ready ServiceAgents are the front line of Rescue Ready Services. Our
Service visit customer locations to verify the Rescue Readiness of their AED equipment. Rescue Ready ServiceAgents ensure that AEDs are always ready for the rescue by replacing batteries and pads prior to expiration and by visually inspecting equipment on an annual basis. Our service are also available for AED installation services and to assist with AED swap outs.
Essential Responsibilities:
· A Rescue Ready ServiceAgent is responsible for an assigned number of AEDs in a defined geographic territory. These responsibilities include:
o Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
o Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
o Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
o Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
o Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System
o Assist as needed with special projects in the field
Required Qualifications:
Rescue Ready ServiceAgent must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application. Due to the nature and environments our service professionals visit, all Rescue Ready ServiceAgents must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire. A state issued driver's license is required. A smart phone or tablet is required to use the mobile application and will not be provided.
Desired Qualifications:
Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred. Veteran Status is a plus. Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also preferred.
Travel:
Local travel and short distance driving. Agents will be expected to submit their own expense reports and accurately document mileage travelled, and time worked through the systems provided.

Essential Functions
Maintain Daily Reports such as non-post, rate change, and file maintenance report
Maintain Weekly Reports such as note exceptions, past due and ticklers
Maintain Monthly Reports such as UCC expiring, PMI cancel, non-activated note, and file exceptions
Renew County and State UCC's every 5 years
Manage Tickler Reports for crop insurance, flood insurance, and hazard insurance
Prepare Satisfaction of Mortgages
Process loan payoffs (checks/wires)
Prepare payoff quotes
Print 1098 notices upon request
Release liens on car titles/UCC's
Send Paid Notes to customer
Complete all Loan Maintenance on Navigator

Pay escrowed tax and insurance payments- taxes twice a year, insurance as it comes in
Monitor and correct Freddie Mac servicing errors daily / monthly

Pay force placed policies, send borrower notice of FP insurance, escrow
Audit preparation, work with auditors
Scanning/indexing documents
Filing collateral docs in the hub
Create and Maintain SOP's
Maintain interest rate changes
Process all verifications of mortgages
Run escrow analysis yearly and mail out surplus checks
Order customer coupon books
Process all change in terms and documents
