Assists the bartender/cocktail servers in providing satisfactory beverage service by maintaining adequate supplies of garnish, glassware, ice, liquor, etc. at assigned workstations. Duties/Responsibilities: Check with and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies for workstation. Rotate stock as necessary, wash and stock glassware, maintain stock of fruit, fill and replace as needed.
