Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Punch Out Crew to assist with final site work and punch list completion on civil and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in general site construction, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Punch Out Foreman in completing final site development and repair tasks prior to project closeout.
Perform a variety of site finish activities, including grading, concrete and curb repairs, asphalt patching, fencing, and sign installation.
Help maintain erosion and sediment control by installing or repairing silt fence, inlet protection, and other stabilization measures.
Conduct general site cleanup and ensure the project area meets company and client standards.
Operate light construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators under supervision.
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Follow direction from the Punch Out Foreman and project supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of punch list items.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety procedures.
Report any site issues, material needs, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in site development, utility work, or general construction preferred.
Basic knowledge of grading, concrete, drainage, and erosion control practices.
Ability to follow instructions.
Skilled in the safe use of construction tools and light equipment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driver's license
Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials up to 75 pounds.
