Must possess strong working knowledge skills and abilities for position. Utilize excellent organizational skills; keep a daily log, time sheets and fill out tickets. Understanding of heritage masonry skills and techniques is a plus. Experienced in Brick, block, concrete, and stone repair/replacement, stucco, EIFS and other Historic Masonry. Experienced in waterproofing, caulking/sealant, and deck coatings. Layout Experience is helpful. Current Driver's License Background check required. About the Role The Green Stormwater Infrastructure Maintenance (GSI) department at GreenUp is seeking a Landscape Foreman to be based out of the Philadelphia, PA office. The Landscape Foreman is responsible for installation and management of landscape projects, with an emphasis on green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) maintenance and light construction. The foreman is responsible for managing daily schedules, work products, and reporting; conducting and overseeing landscaping activities; and managing a crew of 1-3 landscape laborers. Warfel Construction Company has an opportunity for a full-time jobsite Foreman. This role is responsible for assisting Superintendents and the internal project team with daily tasks, including coordinating subcontractors, reviewing material deliveries and quality of installations, and other documentation requirements on jobsites. Depending on experience and preference, this position may also be responsible for running their own project. This position will report to the site Superintendent, with direct oversight from the Director of Field Operations. Daily travel to a project within a 0 - 120-mile radius may be required. Agreement to additional travel outside of the required radius creates eligibility for a salary premium based on the distance. Major duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Reviews daily jobsite needs with the job site supervisor and defines how they assist to track or manage or check items that are progressing. Reads and interprets project plans and specifications and analyzes construction methods and scheduling for details and sequences of work. Oversees all work is compliant with installation standards. QUALIFICATIONS Education Preferred: High school diploma. Experience Required: Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards Preferred: Three (3) years of field experience as a foreman, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, minimum five (5) years gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience, strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Must be operator-qualified or able to obtain OQ. Special Knowledge/Skills Required: Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards, attention to detail, organization skills, management skills, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts). Be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Testing and background screening.
