We're hiring Electrical & Controls Technicians to wire, test, and commission the next generation of our distributed energy and carbon capture platforms. You'll work hands-on with power, control, and instrumentation systems that must perform in real-world environments.
This role is critical to making sure our systems are safe, functional, and field-ready. You'll be the link between engineering design and operational reality.
What You'll Do
Build and wire electrical panels and field devices to spec
Install and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, relays, and VFDs
Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate connections across modular systems
Calibrate sensors and validate control loops (thermal, gas, pressure)
Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams
Support commissioning and field deployment of systems
Work with engineers and other team members to diagnose problems, debug issues, and close feedback loops fast while maintaining accurate documentation of changes and updates.
Provide assistance with continuous improvement of control systems, wiring standards, and panel design practices.

Overview
The Access Triage Nurse Coordinator coordinates all admission-related activities during the assigned shift. This role performs triage assessments, supports Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs) with medical clearances, gathers clinical information for evaluation, and facilitates appropriate admissions and referrals. Pre-admission case management includes obtaining medical records and other required clinical documentation prior to evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming patients and gather clinically relevant information for the LIP
Assist with medical clearances in accordance with policy
Conduct patient/family interviews and identify urgent/critical situations requiring immediate response
Communicate clinical concerns to the LIP and support admission/referral decisions
Respond to emergencies, direct staff response, and notify appropriate parties as needed
Provide shift leadership under guidance of the Access Supervisor/Director
Document accurately and within required timeframes; use approved abbreviations for charting
Enter demographics, insurance, and clinical information into required systems
Support admissions/referrals, appointment scheduling, and updating patient records
Notify units of pending admissions, coordinate outpatient follow-up when appropriate
Complete pre-certification/authorization reviews when needed
Answer phone inquiries, provide intake information, triage appointments, and schedule patients appropriately
Perform daily EMTALA audits and present data to the administrative committee as required
Model organizational standards (I CARE behaviors, ethics, and code of conduct)
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active NJ RN license
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers (or obtained within 90 days)
Strong written/verbal communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite)
Preferred
BSN or MSN
1+ year experience in acute care psych and/or substance use setting
Prior admissions, access, or NJ screener experience
