Responsibilities:
Rough framing and layout
Ability to do customer mill/trim work
Install doors, windows, various trims, crown etc.
Meet basic remodeling skills; painting, drywall, tile, etc.
Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality

Purpose of Position:
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

The Carpenter performs and coordinates the cutting, shaping, and installation of building materials during the construction, remodeling, or repair in a residential and light commercial setting. You must have experience as a residential carpenter, and you must have a positive attitude.
Constructing, installing, and repairing structures of wood, plywood, and wall fixtures.
Ability to determine and identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
Evaluate customer requests and price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and describe a work order to a customer.
Requirements

Must have experience in remodeling or home repair trades
Must pass the screening process
