Documentation, Compliance & Records Maintain audit-ready digital files (contract, correspondence, proofs of delivery, disclosures). Ensure MLS/file compliance and brokerage policy adherence; log all key communications and approvals. Create clean summaries: deal snapshot, open items, next milestones, and critical dates. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary coordination point for buyers, sellers, lenders, integrators, inspectors, surveyors, and title/attorneys. Draft professional updates and recap emails; confirm mutual understanding of action items and deadlines. Prep the Senior Broker for calls/meetings with concise one-pagers and status dashboards. Scheduling & Logistics Own the Senior Broker's calendar, property tours, site visits, closing dates, and key task reminders. Arrange photography, document retrieval, utility verifications, and access logistics. Data & Reporting Maintain deal pipeline trackers (active, under contract, closed) with status, dates, and blockers. Produce weekly status summaries and closing forecasts. Qualifications 2-5+ years in real estate transaction coordination, escrow/title, lending, or executive support (ag, commercial, or specialty assets a plus). REPORTS TO: Fitting Supervisor/On-Site Foreman/Shipyard Superintendent MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Reading and Interpreting blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS: Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. Constructing base templates if necessary. Measuring and marking out cutting. Operating metalwork machinery. i.e. rollers, drill presses, plasma cutters, pipe benders, and welding machines. Mig weld 5083, 6061 T6, and 5086 grades of aluminum plate. Tig weld stainless steel parts. SMAW welding with 6010 & 7018. Double-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work. Fabricating and constructing metal components. Grinding and finishing completed products. Conforming with state and company safety regulations. Inspect your work for accuracy and quality. All other duties as assigned based on operational needs. Requirements: KNOWLEDGE: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience welding/fabricating aluminum Must be able to set up welding machines and equipment (MIG,TIG, and SMAW) Experience with shop and field fabrication, assembly sequencing, and fitting Experience reading and understanding blueprints, sketches, and templates Familiar with industry codes and regulations Safe use of all tools and equipment. Work independently and with teams. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: All types of physical movement are required for this position to successfully perform the essential functions. Ability to use upper and lower extremities. Ability to work outside in heat, inclement weather, and cold. Ability to crawl, kneel, crouch, climb, and bend around and under equipment, on ladders up to 24' at heights up to 70', stairs, scaffolds, through small accesses, enter inside of tanks, and confined spaces, through hatches, and manholes throughout much of the work shift. Occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds. Able to work over bodies of water. MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Normal level of visual acuity needed. Must be able to understand and follow directions. Normal hearing level needed. Hand-eye coordination required.HAZARDS: Weather, fumes, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, equipment, and vibration.SHIFT: Monday - Friday Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Overtime and Weekend required based on business needs

POSITION SUMMARY This position is a casual Customer Service Supervisor which is responsible for conducting sales and providing customer service, supervision, and administration for the Cape May-Lewes Ferry ticket/tollbooth/call center operations. This position has a primary role in the day-to-day supervision of the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision of employees in the following duties: ticketing, reservations, and sales; handling and resolving customer- related issues; and performing a variety of administrative duties. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two years of supervisory experience preferred * Two years of experience in sales, call center operations, or customer service V. LICENSES, REGISTRATION, AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS * Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license VI.
